Last updated: April 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Tinker Tools. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Description of Service
Tinker Tools provides free browser-based tools for formatting, conversion, image and PDF workflows, and general-purpose calculators. The feature set may change over time and some tools depend on third-party services.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, abuse third-party integrations, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
3. No Warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output, and we do not guarantee that every tool result will be suitable for your specific use case.
Financial, tax, health, and legal-adjacent calculators are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tinker Tools and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
5. Intellectual Property
The site branding, design, and original content belong to Tinker Toolsunless stated otherwise. You retain ownership of the material you process with the tools.
6. Third-Party Services
Some tools call external providers such as TinyURL or exchange-rate APIs. The site also loads Google Fonts for icons. Future deployments may enable consent-managed advertising. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, replace, or remove any part of the service at any time. This includes retiring tools that do not meet our quality bar or compliance requirements.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the courts in Seoul, South Korea.
